Return window
Eligible items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Hygiene notice (final sale)
For hygiene and safety, earrings and ear cuffs are final sale, unless the item is defective on arrival.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different style or color (for eligible items), request an exchange within the 14-day window. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.
One-of-a-kind & small-batch items
Many Akari pieces are made in small batches or are one-of-a-kind. Exact replacements may not be available.
If a return or warranty replacement is approved and the same item is unavailable, you may choose one of the following:

A similar item of equal value (subject to availability), or

Store credit for the original purchase value, or

A refund to the original payment method.
Akari Warranty — 30 calendar days (manufacturing defects only)
Covers manufacturing defects from the purchase date (e.g., detached or poorly assembled parts, defective components, faulty finishes).
Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, exposure to water/chemicals/perfume, or misuse.
To start a warranty claim, email akarijewelryshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of noticing the issue (and within the 30-day window).
Return shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error. Use a tracked service; Akari isn’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival
Email akarijewelryshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or PayPal.
How to start a return or exchange
Email akarijewelryshop@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason (return, exchange, or warranty). We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
