Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Ontario, Canada. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping methods & rates
• Standard (Canada Post – Canada): CAD $12
• Free shipping on orders $80+ within Canada (before discounts)
• Standard Tracked (Canada Post – USA): USD $9.99

Delivery times
• Canada: Estimated 2–8 business days
• United States: Estimated 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may take longer.

Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your parcel is scanned by Canada Post. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Address changes
If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at akarijewelryshop@gmail.com. If the parcel has already shipped, rerouting or changes are not guaranteed.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We’ll assist you with a Canada Post claim where applicable.

Duties & taxes
Orders ship from Canada. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. For U.S. orders, any duties or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
